Controlled project management

As soon as an order is received, a project engineer is designated. This is the client’s main contact for the entire duration of the project. The project engineer coordinates all the tasks involved, and is assisted by our experts.

Optimized equipment design

Design of COMESSA technologies is optimized through the judicious use of cutting-edge tools and software (3D CAD modeling, computational fluid dynamics simulations, finite elements analysis, etc.).

Compliance with international construction standards

Our plants can be designed to comply with European directives, international codes, as well as the applicable standards (PED 2014/68/EU, EN 13445, ASME, CODAP, AD Merkblätter, etc; EN, ISO, ASTM, JIS norms, etc.).

Besides, we are able to propose plants in compliance with ATEX regulation as well as tringent hygiene standards equipment.

COMESSA supplies spare parts for all its plants, delivering anywhere in the world.

We guarantee a prompt response to spare parts inquiries, in shortest delivery times.

COMESSA has its own test laboratory covering more than 1,200 m², thereby offering you the possibility of carrying out feasibility tests but also semi-industrial tests, for all of its equipment sold.

Through a large park of pilot units, skills and expertise of its engineers, COMESSA will be able to prepare pilot plants specifically adapted to your requirements and processes.

Our specialists will set out an experimental plan to obtain the information needed to validate the proposed solutions and thus determine the optimal size of the equipment.

Once the tests have been carried out, we will send you a full test report, together with lists of the measurements obtained and our recommendations regarding technological choices.
