Double shaft paddle granulator.
Principle
Pre-granulator is used to homogenize the various raw materials prior to the granulation operation.
Double shaft paddle granulator consists of 2 shaft paddles, rotating in opposite directions in a static trough.
Paddles are easily interchangeable, and are usually coated with wear plates or metalized with anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion products.
